Little Mountain is a wood-fired kitchen rooted in Montecito's coastal culture, added to the California Michelin Guide within our first six months of opening. We proudly source organic and biodynamic ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen — and our kitchen is where those relationships come to life on the plate. We're looking for a motivated Line Cook who's hungry to learn and ready to grow in an environment that takes craft seriously.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare ingredients and execute dishes with consistency, care, and an eye for quality
• Set up and break down your station with pride, keeping things clean and organized from open to close
• Assist with protein handling, portioning, and trimming as directed
• Stay ahead of your mise en place, anticipating what the station needs to keep service flowing
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Dept of Health protocols
• Pitch in with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and the general rhythm of a well-run kitchen
• Participate in team briefings to stay on top of menu changes and service priorities

EXPERIENCE

• Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but what matters most is attitude and work ethic. If you're passionate about food, eager to learn, and ready to show up fully every shift, we'll teach you the rest. Basic knife skills and familiarity with food prep are helpful. A genuine curiosity about ingredients, technique, and where food comes from is everything.
