Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and the anesthesiologist during surgical procedures as an RNFA
- Coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff in the operative environment
- Maintain patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care
- Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment
- Collaborate with the perioperative team to support efficient procedure flow

Requirements
- Perioperative nursing experience or RNFA training
- Ability to coordinate intraoperative equipment, supplies, and staffing
- Strong focus on patient safety and perioperative nursing care
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel assignments
- Ability to function effectively within a perioperative team (surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff)
