Job Objective:
Provide comprehensive administrative support through the preparation and management of technical data sheets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for internal processes, while maintaining an efficient flow of information and communication within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Data Sheet Preparation: Gather and organize relevant technical information, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Document Management: Classify, digitize, and archive related documents.
Information Coordination: Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure data consistency.
Attention to Detail: Review and correct errors in technical documents.
Administrative Support: Assist with related tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on projects.
Requirements:
Technical degree in Bilingual Secretarial Studies
Minimum of 1 year of experience
English level: B2+
