What You Will Do
This role plays a critical part in forecasting demand, supporting sales strategy, and translating commercial signals into actionable insights across the business.
As our product portfolio and customer base expand, accurate forecasting, strong deal analytics, and disciplined inventory recommendations are essential to supporting revenue growth while managing risk.
How You Will Make an Impact
Forecasting, Pipeline & Revenue Analysis
· Develop and maintain short- and mid-term demand and revenue forecasts
· Translate pipeline activity and sales inputs into clear forecast assumptions
· Support monthly revenue close with variance analysis and performance insights
· Deliver Salesforce-based analytics, dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting
· Support annual sales budgeting and forecast coordination
· Support ad hoc revenue analytics requests or related special projects
Strategic Account & Deal Support
· Provide analytical support for strategic accounts and complex deals
· Build deal and pricing models to evaluate volume, margin, and profitability tradeoffs
· Support leadership with scenario modeling for new initiatives
Inventory & Stocking Insights
· Develop data-driven recommendations for minimum inventory levels
· Analyze demand signals to support stocking and inventory build decisions
· Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to balance service level, cost, and risk
Product, Pricing & Margin Analytics
· Analyze customer and product sales trends, mix, and run-rates
· Build and maintain product margin and P&L analyses
· Support new product introductions with sandbox costing and modeling

What You Will Bring to the Role
· 3–6+ years in sales analytics, demand planning, finance, RevOps, or commercial strategy
· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
· Experience with Salesforce and sales pipeline data
· Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; BI or SQL; SAP B1; is a plus
· Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment
· Experience or strong willingness to quickly learn and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and machine learning techniques into analysis and workflow optimization processes.
Location
· Remote with occasional in‑person collaboration (for California‑based candidates)
· Northern California or Central Valley (particularly Fresno) a plus
