Position: Full-time; 8 hours per day
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Payroll: Bi-weekly; $21 - $23 Per hour D.O.E.

Job Summary
Fresno Valves & Castings, Inc., a manufacturing company located in Selma, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Clerk to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling high-volume data entry and daily invoicing. An Accounts Receivable background is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Process daily invoices for order shipments from nine locations
• Process invoice adjustments and RMAs (Return Material Authorizations)
• Assist with customer and warehouse inquiries
• Serve as the primary receptionist, handling phone calls through the automated phone system and assisting walk-up customers, vendors, and employees
• Maintain filing for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Shipping/Receiving documents
• Post and deliver outgoing mail to the post office at the end of each workday
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to company’s dress code policy, and all safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite application, particularly Excel, is essential
• Ability to multi-task, learn and work with additional accounting software systems
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accurate, confidential, and meticulous records
• Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety

This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods and perform lifting, twisting, and bending:
