You will work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Your role involves ensuring data quality, optimizing data processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n\nJob Description:\n\nEssential Responsibilities: \n\n * Develop and implement data science models and algorithms.\n * Analyze and interpret complex data sets.\n * Ensure data quality and integrity.\n * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.\n * Optimize data processes for efficiency and performance.\n * Perform advanced statistical analysis and reporting.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor\u2019s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities \u0026 Preferred Qualifications:\n\n * Develop dashboards and data visualizations to monitor payments risk trends.\n\n * Support development and maintenance of KRIs and KPIs using transactional data.\n\n * Analyze data to identify anomalies and assist in surfacing potential emerging risks.\n\n * Prepare summaries and reporting materials for senior stakeholders and risk committees.\n\n * Support impact assessments, analytical deep-dives, and regulatory or scheme-driven requests.\n\n * Assist in monitoring payments risks across the payments lifecycle.\n\n * Partner with first-line teams to support tracking of remediation actions.\n\n * Contribute to risk governance activities, including reporting and documentation.\n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.\n\n * Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights with guidance from senior team members.\n\n * Experience analyzing large datasets (payments or fintech experience preferred but not required).\n\n * Working proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).\n\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Ability to communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats.\n\n\n\n\nWhat you need to bring\n\n * Foundational experience in data analysis and risk monitoring.\n\n * Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.\n\n * Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.\n\n * Eagerness to learn payments risk frameworks and governance processes.\n\n\n\n\nAbility to simplify analytical findings into clear narratives with appropriate guidance.\n\nSubsidiary:\n\nPayPal\n\nTravel Percent:\n\n0\n\n-\n\nThe base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.
