Responsibilities
- Provide employee health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations .
- Manage workplace injuries and illnesses , ensuring appropriate care and follow-up.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and workplace health regulations .
- Educate employees on infection control, ergonomics, and injury prevention .
- Maintain accurate medical records and health documentation .
- Collaborate with HR and management on workplace health policies .
- Travel to various healthcare and corporate locations as needed .
Qualifications
- Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in occupational health, employee health, or related nursing fields .
- Skills: Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills .
- Certifications: BLS required; COHN (Certified Occupational Health Nurse) preferred .
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments .
