TAX DIRECTOR – For larger real estate investment company.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of partnership, S corporation, individual and fiduciary tax returns

• Experience with REIT Compliance, testing and distributions

• Primary responsibility will be partnership tax returns, filing K-1’s, and work with Pass-through entities.

• Maintain company’s tax records and tax Calendar.

• Track investor tax basis

• Tax research and compliance

• Selected month-end activities, journal entries, accruals, & reconciliations.

• Research and analysis of various tax issues

• Preparation and review of quarterly/annual tax projections

• Various tax projects in the areas of federal and state income tax, property tax, and

• tax planning.

• Research and develop tax-saving strategies

Requirements:

• Valid CPA license

• Current work experience with Real Estate Partnerships.

• Minimum 10 years in public/private accounting in tax compliance in a tax

• supervisory role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

• Strong accounting and analytical skills
