Growth Engineer

Yutori is reimagining how people interact with the web by building AI agents that can reliably do everyday digital tasks. We are building the entire stack to be agent-first, from training our own models to generative product interfaces.

Towards this goal, we are looking for a growth engineer to join the founding team. Someone scrappy, who believes in getting a lot of iterations in fast, and someone who'd be excited about translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into elegant and reliable product experiences.

Our founders — Devi Parikh, Abhishek Das, Dhruv Batra — have decades of experience in AI research and product spanning generative, multimodal and embodied AI at Meta. Our team combines AI experience with design-minded product thinking to build and deliver on Yutori’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Improve the speed and quality of our engineering process.

• Design, implement and analyze experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

• Own and develop both frontend and backend systems that support growth initiatives.

• Work closely with designers, product and AI engineers.

What we’re looking for

• Strong engineering skills, especially in the stack: React, Typescript, Python, AWS.

• Deep understanding of how the web / works.

• Experience working with large distributed systems.

• High IQ, high EQ, high agency, high craftsmanship, low ego. Proactive, clear communication.

• Strong product intuitions. Passion to get the details right.
