About the Role

We seek a seasoned Senior Software Engineer experienced in building and deploying LLM-based products from scratch. You take pride in writing high-quality, scalable code and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

What You'll Do :

• Ship and Own Products : Contribute rapidly to products, eventually owning your own product lines.
• Design Scalable Solutions : Create systems that remain fast, reliable, and secure as we grow.
• Translate Vision into Launches : Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into plans, drive sprints, and deliver impactful releases.
• Technical Leadership : Make technical decisions and design architecture, shaping our solutions' foundation.

Who You Are / Must-Haves

• Exceptional Engineer
• Backend : Strong experience in Python (Django is a plus)
• Frontend : Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN
• Cloud : Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
• Scalability : Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
• Entrepreneurial : Experience at successful startups or former founders are especially valued
• Seasoned : 5+ years of hands-on engineering, including leadership roles
• Gritty : Capable of working long, productive hours
• Strong Background : Degree from a top-tier engineering program
