ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Provides prompt and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to build relationships with customers by assessing customers’ needs, listening, observing, and recommending services and programs available.
• Ensure cars are cued correctly and assist with guiding them into the tunnel.
• Work as part of a team, follow all compliance and safety procedures. Notify supervisor/manager when issues occur.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays to support the company’s business needs.
• Attends job-related meetings (ability to work as scheduled).
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor/car wash manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Sales and/or customer service experience in the car wash business preferred.
• Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills and have excellent follow-through.
• Ability to perform essential duties, job responsibilities, and work in the conditions described below.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift and work outdoors throughout the year.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.

• Depending on the weather, it could be either cold or hotter conditions in the summer (shaded resting areas and water are provided).
• The noise level in the work environment is high noise from vacuums and blowers.
• Work with minimum direction and minimum supervision.
