The Role

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with energy, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Accurately write repair orders and clearly communicate vehicle needs.
• Educate customers on repair options and prioritize recommendations.
• Maximize sales opportunities without compromising trust.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Drive higher average repair orders (ARO) by confidently presenting complete solutions.
• Help the shop grow by fostering long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven success in a customer-facing or sales-oriented role (auto industry preferred).
• A natural people-person who loves building trust and closing sales.
• High energy, self-motivated, and competitive—yet always team-oriented.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology (repair software, digital inspections, etc.).
• A true desire to grow, learn, and achieve.
