The Inventory Associate role is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on experience in automotive inventory management and dealership operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring that vehicles are properly managed, maintained, and presented in a way that supports an excellent customer experience. It is a fast-paced position that offers continuous learning opportunities within a collaborative team environment.

You will be responsible for handling vehicle logistics on-site, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that all vehicles are clean, well-presented, and ready for customer viewing. This role also involves supporting overall store operations and contributing to a welcoming environment for customers visiting the dealership.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Record, track, and manage incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory
• Move and organize vehicles across the dealership lot for customer accessibility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready facility environment
• Clean, vacuum, and recondition vehicles to meet company presentation standards
• Support the team in delivering a positive and professional customer experience
• Learn dealership operations and customer service best practices from experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• Strong motivation and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts
