Product Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Strategic Initiatives Lead with a strong background in biotechnology, digital transformation, and data-driven healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience driving strategic initiatives in Medical Affairs, Clinical Trials, and Patient Safety, while leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead strategic initiatives in Medical Affairs to support a shift toward a patient-centric healthcare model.

· Utilize machine learning and predictive analytics to enhance productivity, efficiency, and patient experience in Clinical Trial and Patient Safety programs.

· Serve as a Product Manager within Digital Enablement and Therapeutic Area teams, supporting the Commercial Portfolio group in achieving business objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, commercial, data science, and IT to deliver scalable digital solutions.

· Analyze internal and external healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities for innovation and improved patient engagement.

· Support development and implementation of digital platforms and business tools to streamline processes and improve operational performance.

· Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize business outcomes and improve healthcare delivery.

Required Skills:

· Strong experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

· Experience with digital transformation, product management, and strategic initiatives.

· Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and healthcare data systems.

· Understanding of Clinical Trials, Patient Safety, and Medical Affairs operations.

· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field (e.g., Integrative Biology).

· Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related discipline preferred.

· 10+ years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
