Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Webuild () is actively seeking a highly experienced Lead Superintendent to take charge of overseeing the construction and development of multi-family development projects throughout the bustling Sacramento marketplace.

The ideal candidate would have proven track record in the construction management field, particularly with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to multi-family and/or senior living facility construction environments. Your expertise should encompass a wide range of skills, including the ability to assess construction schedules, effectively manage subcontractors, conduct thorough inspections, and efficiently process change orders and RFI's as needed, particularly for new construction and complex redevelopment projects.

As the Superintendent, you will be entrusted with directing onsite construction for a portfolio of projects. Your responsibilities will include providing project-level field direction, starting from rough grade through project closeout. You will oversee trades, schedule management, RFI handling, submittals, materials procurement, personnel management, and inspections, all aimed at ensuring the successful completion of projects, whether they involve new construction or intricate renovations. The typical project scope will range from $10 to $50 million.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related industry experience. Strong construction management skills are a must, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and Project software is also desirable.
