Ecommerce Specialist

WineBid is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to support our growing Marketing Team. This is an entry-level role where you’ll get hands-on experience across email, content, CX, and analytics, while helping shape how customers discover and engage with our weekly auctions.

What You’ll Do:
Email and Campaign Execution
Build and schedule email and push campaigns in Klaviyo
Upload assets, set links, and ensure brand consistency
Send tests, collect feedback, apply edits
Assist with A/B tests and report results
Support lifecycle flows like post purchase, win back, and onboarding
Help integrate new Klaviyo features and tools
Customer Experience, QA and Website Support
Update FAQs, customer service templates, and live chat content
Identify recurring customer questions and share insights
Assist with QA and UAT testing for CRM, website, and HubSpot features
Submit bug and enhancement tickets for CX issues
Test customer journeys (bidding, payment, checkout)
Track and document customer facing feature requests
Content, Merchandising and Product Updates
Write short descriptions, producer content, and simple landing page copy
Update product details including photos and corrections
Learn and assist with the ratings process
Set up promo codes, discounts, and merchandising updates

Reporting and Analytics:
Track key marketing and product performance KPIs
Pull simple reports and maintain internal metrics

What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong writing and editing skills
Detail oriented with strong follow through
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo or HubSpot is a plus)
Highly organized and comfortable moving between multiple projects
Clear, collaborative communicator who enjoys fast paced work

Bonus Skills:
HTML for email
Canva or light design ability
A/B testing or analytics experience

Compensation:
$35.00-$40.00/Hour
Eligible for a 10% Annual Bonus
