Senior Customer Service Representative - Peripheral Vascular - 1st Shift

Schedule

• 1st Shift : Mon - Fri, 8:30am – 5pm
• Hybrid : In-office 2x/week
• Overtime based on business needs

What you will do

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenues.

• Answer incoming calls and processes email requests
• Place orders for distribution of product
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal/external customers
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our customer base and field sales team
• Follow up and help improve communication, workflow, and process guidelines
• Perform Salesforce data entry
• Meet required KPIs for PO processing, call requirements and email response time
• Partner with Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure orders are processed
• Communicate and collaborate with the customer service team, and proactively engage supervisor and manager on any issues/situations
• Adheres to all applicable medical device mandated compliance requirements

What you need

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years’ relevant work experience

Preferred

• Experience as account representative; order processing; customer service
• Experience in Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.

United States of America Pay Ranges:

• US10 : $25.39 - $34.35 USD Hourly
• US15 : $26.55 - $35.91 USD Hourly
• US30 : $30.01 - $40.59 USD Hourly
